Online Learning

Change-iT uses technology to offer a wide range of learning opportunities. Sometimes these are complete online learning paths, whether or not combined with real-life training, e-learning platforms and coaching sessions. In other cases, we work with a more hybrid form of learning and coaching. What they have in common is that there is always some form of online learning involved.

Advantages of online training

In 2020 we have all experienced the strengths and weaknesses of a full online work/study situation. Time-saving, cost-effectiveness, environmental impact are counted among the most important benefits. Other advantages are the ‘anytime-anywhere dimension, and the possibility to participate from within a safe environment. These advantages do not imply that online and ‘remote’ is always the best option.  But online studying is undoubtedly here to stay, in quality trainings.

Hybrid learning

We are a strong advocate of Hybrid Learning: using the best option for each learning objective and combining online experiences with traditional classroom environments, experiential learning objectives and digital course delivery.

We remain in favour of regular face-to-face tuning. The real-time interaction between colleagues remains invaluable. We need to take advantage of personal time to form meaningful connections. Those connections remain the basis of a good relationship.

To support our e-learning courses, Change-iT, in collaboration with Nikos, developed the online learning platform “E4Progress”. You will find a wide range of e-courses here.

The courses consist of both learning and practice material. You can retrieve the results in reports and graphsAccuracy and time are always registered, and trainers can set minimum requirements per course bundle. This approach gives you, as a student, a good picture of your progress.
